How does the monthly check-in call work?

Each month we schedule a proactive call to check in, catch any small issues before they become big ones, and answer whatever's on your mind. If you're comfortable, we can also see your screen using a simple tool we'll walk you through. You're always in control — nothing happens on your devices without your permission.

Where do you offer in-home visits?

Across South Jersey — Blackwood and the surrounding towns in Camden and Gloucester counties — and parts of Philadelphia. Remote help is available anywhere in the United States.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no awkward phone calls. Cancel from your account or just send us an email.

Is this safe? I worry about scams.

You should — scams targeting seniors are everywhere. PatientTech sessions are always scheduled in advance through this website. We will never cold-call you, ask for your bank information, or request access to your devices unless you started the session first.

Can my adult children pay for my plan?

Absolutely — it's one of our most common setups. They can subscribe on your behalf and you'll have full access. Many families give it as a birthday or holiday gift.
