• When you book a session — your name, email address, and phone number via Cal.com so we can confirm your appointment and follow up afterward.
• When you subscribe or pay — your billing information is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you email us — the content of your message and your contact information so we can respond.
• When you visit our website — basic usage data like pages visited and time on site. We may use a simple analytics tool to understand how people find and use the site.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, confirm, and deliver your tech support sessions
• Process payments and manage your subscription
